The silk pocket square is a classic Christmas present, and Jermyn Street tailor Turnbull & Asser has created its eye-catching Artist Collection just in time for the season of giving.

There are six designs in the collection, each in a limited edition of 28, featuring work by up-and-coming artists with a penchant for strong graphics and colour. Matthew Schofield’s wall of eyes in monochrome is offset by a green frame; Clare Curtis has created an autumnal woodland scene with a dramatic stag; Toby Triumph’s pink figurative Americana design mixes cocktails, bowling pins and astronauts; and Quentin Monge’s print features a dancer with a skirt caught mid-twirl. Then there’s Charlotte Trounce, who has created rows of identical characters using purely horizontal and vertical blue lines, and, last but not least, Daniel Clarke, whose work is inspired by architectural shapes and silhouettes.
