Straw marquetry maker Lison de Caunes uses techniques in existence in Europe since the 17th century to create her eye-catching furnishings for private homes. This screen (from €15,000) – as with all de Caunes’ pieces, from jewellery boxes to large murals – is crafted from Burgundian straw in her Paris atelier.
