Yatay

Italian sneaker brand Yatay will plant 365 trees in Kenya to mark Earth Day – a practice it will continue each year. The shoes themselves have impressive eco-credentials too, with uppers made from recycled materials and bio-based resin, soles from biodegradable polyurethane and hemp laces. yatayatay.com

Turnbull & Asser x Daniel Adam Perkin

Artist Daniel Adam Perkin has teamed up with Turnbull & Asser to create three limited-edition silk pocket squares with hand-drawn illustrations of some of Britain’s most endangered species. The range is launching on Earth Day, with 20 per cent of profits from each sale donated to The Wildlife Trust. The collaboration aims to raise awareness of the declining numbers of hedgehogs, Scottish wildcats and pine martens, all of which are important for the biodiversity of UK woodlands. turnbullandasser.co.uk

Pippa Small

Jewellery designer Pippa Small has created two pendants, made from 18ct fair-mined gold, in partnership with Survival International for Earth Day. For each piece sold, 20 per cent of sales will go to the charity, which helps to protect the land and lives of indigenous communities. One pendant is a hand inspired by prehistoric paintings to represent our common ancestry, the other is a figure with its arms around a tree as a reminder of our dependence on nature. pippasmall.com
