Globe-Trotter may be a go-to British brand for serious travel luggage but it’s also known for its innovative styling. The label is behind numerous notable limited editions and collaborations, from pieces for Paul Smith and the Goring Hotel, to this year’s offering for Gucci (Alessandro Michele is a long-term fan). This winter, Globe-Trotter is upping the ante and reworking its classic Bowling Bag in a selection of coloured metallic leathers – producing 50 of each colour for the party season that will also add eye-catching polish to an outfit year-round.

“We wanted to bring an after-dark eveningwear look to our soft leather range for the holiday season,” says Globe-Trotter’s designer Charlotte Seddon. “These are bags that transition perfectly from day to night, as many of our clients do.” The small Bowling Bag (£1,045) will be available in three coloured metallics: rose gold, champagne and zaffre (blue). Additionally, there’s a metallic Centenary Tote Bag (£840) in rose-coloured leather, also in a limited edition of 50.
