Harrods joins forces with Cartier from Saturday October 25 for a dazzling pop-up exhibition, The Man by Cartier. The fine jewellery and watch marque will be showing off some of its finest pieces from men’s collections past and present until Wednesday November 19. Among the vintage pieces is the 1960s Tank Cintrée wristwatch in gold and sapphires (price on request, second picture), while some of its showstopper new models include the Rotonde de Cartier (£6,250), the Cartier Santos Dumont Skeleton (£33,800, third picture) and the double tourbillon Rotonde de Cartier L'Heure Mystérieuse in platinum (£125,000, first picture). The Louis Cartier grey leather 24-hour bag (£9,600, fourth picture) will also be exclusively available here.
A watch bar will reveal more about the collections, while a VIP room will have exceptional and vintage pieces and a digital experience will show off the brand’s newest pieces. Next to holograms and digital displays a new film, Shape Your Time,will display the maison’s iconic creations: the Tank, Ballon Bleu, Santos and Calibre. Bar the concept pieces, everything will be available to buy… just in time for Christmas.
