Housed in a former joinery workshop-turned-chocolate factory, Hôtel Paris Bastille Boutet is a beautifully restored art-deco escape at the heart of Faubourg Saint-Antoine.
The five-star hotel, opened in 2015 by MGallery by Sofitel, has 80 elegantly designed high-ceilinged rooms and suites, 10 of them with their own balconies overlooking the city. There’s a tranquil roof terrace with planted gardens and, at the heart of the building, a 150sq m spa, with an 8m pool with resistance jets, steam room, sauna, luminotherapy suites and treatments by Codage.
This winter, there’s also a special spa offer of a body massage or face treatment and a hot drink at the Boutet Bar for €109. And for those who like to explore wellbeing in a different way, there’s a “Hibernation Mission” winter-tea menu with salty and sweet waffles with vin chaud, while the hotel’s in-house mixologist Franck offers cocktail masterclasses for groups of up to six (€30 per person).
