Six Senses Kaplankaya (sixsenses.com; from €350) consists of 141 rooms, suites and villas (22 of those with private pools) and farm-fresh food at multiple restaurants (including a delectable vegan menu). But go for the 10,000sq m spa, with an impressive 20 treatment rooms, watsu pool, ice rooms, crystal rooms, anti-ageing clinic and an “alchemy bar”, where your skincare products (100 per cent organic, naturally) are custom-blended for you on the spot.
