Nicole Farhi’s new neutrals for men

Jackets, trousers and tops with pared-back sophistication

Nicole Farhi’s spring collection goes back to its roots and is the definition of unfussy, neutral sophistication. The focus is on textured natural materials, particularly gutsy linens. Slubby Japanese linen woven on vintage looms is used for relaxed, chalky tailored jackets (£450, pictured) and trousers (£195), while linen tops (£95) and trousers (£125) come in pale hues. One collaboration with Fox Brothers’ mill sees striped textured wool jackets (£650) and narrowed trousers (£250) with a boating accent, and another with hatters Lock & Co sees Panamas (£225, made in Ecuador) with an exclusive striped ribbon band.
