Fred Perry has collaborated with designer Nicholas Daley on a collection that celebrates Britain’s historic music and fashion subcultures. Daley, whose parents ran a reggae club in Scotland from 1978 to 1982, pays tribute to the culture, fabrics and styling of the scene, which are coupled with Fred Perry’s sportswear-inflected pieces. A teal-and-white cotton knitted sports shirt (£175) features a large collar and Perry’s signature laurel wreath logo, while a coral piqué shirt (£125) has cord patch pockets and a distinctive metal round-pull zipper. Corduroy also works for a bomber jacket (£275) with a nifty striped trim, while navy and orange are a strong colour combo for a taped-trim tracksuit jacket (£175) and bottoms (£150).
