Turnbull & Asser pocket squares Ever wanted to add a picture of your pooch to a pocket square? Turnbull & Asser’s all-English-made, woven-silk creations (£295 each) come in one of three arty styles: the Doggy Warhol immortalises the mutt in pop-art glory; Renaissance Dog puts the object of affection front and centre in a bursting – and rather louche – paisley print, trimmed in navy, red, green or yellow; and Polka Dog is more classic and understated, with chic small dots in one of four shades – navy, light blue, white or lilac. Orders can be placed online, in Turnbull & Asser’s London boutiques or its New York store. For more details, click here MING LIU

Sabel watch straps Made in Walthamstow, east London, Sabel’s hand-stitched bespoke watch straps (from £120) are so accurately fitted to the wrist that they usually feature just a single buckle hole. Using fine bridle, oak bark, pit-tanned and shoulder leathers, the designs can be straight or tapered and finished with four different shapes, or highlighted by linen-thread stitching in an array of colours. Cuff styles are also possible, as are replications of out-of-production styles, and they can all be tailored to suit notched cases or particularly unusual fitting systems. Malton & Kielman tattoo bags “Creating tattoos doesn’t differ much from painting,” says Swedish artist Fredrik Thorsén, “but on leather it has created some striking effects.” Witness the range of bespoke bag designs that Thorsén, a painter trained at the Florence Academy of Art, creates for Warsaw workshop Malton & Kielman. Drawing any desired motif, pattern or portrait, he then transfers it via stencil onto vegetable-tanned holdalls (from €1,590), briefcases (from €1,390), laptop covers (from €635) or washbags (from €490), before “painting” it with a tattoo machine. Accessories including business-card holders are tattooable too. Click here to read more MARY LUSSIANA

Lockwood umbrellas Handmade using a single piece of wood – options include ash, chestnut, oak, hickory and maple – these umbrellas (£320) come in a range of handsome muted colours, as well as a bold burgundy. The length of the shaft, which has a polished finish, is adjusted to suit the height of the owner. The final product arrives in a canvas care bag and sturdy gift tube that also serves as an umbrella stand. Read more about Lockwood umbrellas here JEMIMA SISSONS
