Long-established German developer Ralf Schmitz has taken Paris as its model and, collaborating with Italian luxury brand Bottega Veneta, created Eisenzahn 1(www.eisenzahn1.com; from €2.2m to €8.5m), 12 exceptional apartments in keeping with Berlin’s historic heyday.
