A bowl that says it’s good to be grey and wobbly

Bowls with hand-made looks at factory-made prices

If, like me, you’re a bit in love with the colour grey, the new range of stoneware from The White Company will look appealing. The pieces have the kind of “wobbly” edges that one might expect from some artistically inclined potter, but at factory-made prices. They’re created in Portugal, have a soft grey glaze and you could buy a serving bowl (pictured) for £40 and a very large platter for £50.
