Adventures are under the guidance of New York-based SoulCycle instructor, Mantas Zvinas, and those on Amalfi Coast (October 23-29, limited to 15 people; from $3,925) kick off with morning workouts on the Phoenician Steps, followed by island explorations, sunset yoga and kayaking – all punctuated with leisurely lunches and alfresco dinners.

Guests on the Santorini trip in May (4-10, from $5,550, again for a maximum of 15) will, from their Canaves Oia hotel base, be put through their paces climbing the island’s hills, while those at Marbella’s Finca Cortesin (March 23-29) will head to the beach for their windsurfing, paddle boarding and kayaking workouts. Hikes up the Baou Mountain are the order of the day at Château Saint-Martin on the Cote d’Azur from April 29-May 6 – followed by tastings at the hotel’s Michelin star restaurant, Le Saint Martin.
