Twenty per cent of the proceeds from the sale of this limited edition 18ct gold vermeil and sterling silver bracelet (£150) with mother-of-pearl charm will help to fund research into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the bone disease, which is responsible for 500,000 fractures every year, some of which are fatal.
