The welly that fuses substance and style

Here’s the lowdown on a clever new idea – wellies with a heel

The welly that fuses substance and style

Such a brilliant idea, I can’t imagine why nobody thought of it before – a wellie with a heel. Wellies are an indispensable part of our dear British way of life, but for those who are vertically challenged the fact that they’re flat means we don them only when really nothing else will do. So enter the wellie with a two-and-a-half-inch wedge heel – an idea thought so interesting that Theo Paphitis of Dragons Den backed them. They come in various fancy guises but it’s the classic black one (pictured) at £40 that really cuts it.
