This September’s inaugural Global Party is set to be a truly international affair. Inspired by Jules Verne’s novel Around the World in Eighty Days, the ambitious London-based hosts have organised more than 80 parties for 80,000 guests: all set to take place over a 24-hour period from 15 to 16 September.

Nightclubs, superyachts and hotels across 71 cities (including London’s Bungalow 8 and Shanghai’s M1nt club) will host raffles and auctions, and the proceeds – together with an estimated £6m-£10m from ticket sales – will be split evenly between 12 charities, including Sentebale (founded by Prince Harry), the conservation non-profit Tusk Trust and Arki Busson’s Ark charity. Ticket holders for the event (which is expected to land a place in Guinness World Records as the world’s largest ever party) will also receive a limited-edition “Key-2” keyring (pictured), which entitles owners to VIP privileges at restaurants, shops and hotels worldwide.
