Put the last of the summer flowers in some brand-new exact reproductions of Gertrude Jekyll’s famous Munstead vases. When the formidable Miss Jekyll failed to find any vases that met her exacting requirements, she did what many an enterprising inventor has done before and designed her own. There are five, all very simple, and all in glass (£27-£50; vase pictured, £37). See the website for suggestions as to which flowers to fill them with.
