I am among the underrated city of Toronto’s biggest fans, but I still wouldn’t claim that it’s exactly a world centre for wackiness. I may have to reconsider this position, though, after seeing these pulsating electronic cuff links, the flashing bit in the form of a MacBook or iMac on-switch. The iCufflinks – a fine late gift for any Apple fan – come from a fabulously geeky outfit called Adafruit, which turns out to be a Torontonian-New Yorker joint venture – hence, maybe, the distinctly un-Canadian loopiness.
