Now this is silly. It’s a gadget that turns a smartphone into something resembling an old‑fashioned telephone. It’s a not-very-lovely plastic device but, oddly enough, with the associated free app installed on your whatever-model (it’s good for most brands), it doesn’t only work but the handset, which plugs into your headphone socket, is really quite effective. It’s highly amusing for office show‑offery, yet still commendably daft.
