If you’ve had it with cooking, then you might like to know about Holyfood, a new range of ready-prepared Indian food made traditionally, the way Indian mamas do it.

It’s founded by a health nut and a foodie and the combination is truly delicious – particularly the chicken and lamb karahi, the roasted aubergine and the coconut rice. Prices range from £3.95 for a pot of cucumber raita to £8.95 for prawn masala (serves two). Check the website for stockists but note that they deliver to homes in many London postal districts – expect it to expand its reach soon.
