With a combined Michelin star count of 20, celebrated chefs Alain Ducasse and Wolfgang Puck have a veritable constellation between them. But the pair’s stellar act will soon be very much on terra firma, touching down at Ducasse’s three-star restaurant at The Dorchester for one time only: the evening of Tuesday June 25.
Ducasse and Puck’s five-course feast will showcase a fusion of contemporary French and American cuisine, including Gressingham duck breast and 10-spice huckleberry sauce; pommes la ratte, short ribs and trumpet mushrooms drizzled with red wine and yuzu kosho emulsion; and soft chocolate nib cake to finish. Complementing the flavours will be an extensive roster of iconic French and New World wines.
Quick-off-the-mark booking is highly advised. A similar event held by the pair at LA’s Hotel Bel-Air last year sold out mere minutes after being announced.
