A Utah ski resort sets new standards for style and swank

This season may well see some skiers eschewing Aspen in favour of Utah’s Deer Valley, where the newest member of the swanky Montage chain (www.montagedeervalley.com; from $940) has just raised the style bar on what is the resort of choice for many purists (snowboarders, get thee to Telluride or Tahoe; you’re still not welcome here). Sundance may have just wrapped up, but chances are there’ll be no shortage of A-listers.
